These terms apply when you access the onewayHR website, create an account, purchase a service, or book an appointment. By using those services, you agree to these terms.

Using our services

You must provide accurate account and contact information and use the website only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Orders and payment

The services, time, currency, and price shown during checkout form the basis of an order. An item saved in a cart is not a completed purchase. An order is confirmed only after the website records a completed payment or clearly identifies an authorized test transaction.

Appointments

A booking is confirmed when the website displays an appointment confirmation. Google Calendar invitations and add-to-calendar links are provided for convenience; the appointment record in your onewayHR account remains the primary booking record. Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling terms will be presented with the booking or communicated before the service is delivered.

Career services

Career materials, coaching, interview preparation, and related services provide professional guidance. Results depend on many factors outside onewayHR's control, so we do not guarantee employment, interviews, compensation, admission, or any other particular outcome.

Customer materials

You retain ownership of materials you provide. You authorize onewayHR to use those materials only as needed to deliver the requested services. You are responsible for ensuring that submitted content is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

Website content

The website design, branding, and original service content belong to onewayHR or its licensors. You may use deliverables prepared specifically for you for your personal career activities, but you may not copy or resell the website or general service materials without permission.

Availability and changes

We may update the website, available appointment times, service descriptions, and these terms. We may suspend access when necessary to protect accounts, investigate misuse, maintain the service, or comply with legal requirements.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, onewayHR is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or career decisions made using the services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
