Privacy Policy

Last updated September 27, 2026

This policy explains how onewayHR handles information when you use our website, account, purchasing, and appointment services.

Information we collect

We collect the account information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, sign-in provider, purchases, service balances, and appointment details. Payment providers may collect payment information directly when online payment becomes available; onewayHR does not currently store card details.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate your account, maintain your profile and shopping cart, process service orders, schedule appointments, provide purchased services, communicate with you, prevent duplicate or unauthorized transactions, and maintain business records.

Google Calendar

When you book an appointment, we may create a Google Calendar event and invite the email address connected to your account. The event contains the service name and appointment time. We do not create a video conference unless that capability is added and clearly presented in the booking flow.

Service providers

We use service providers including Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, hosting, database storage, and application operations, and Google Calendar for appointment invitations. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and security

We retain account, order, service, and appointment records as needed to provide services, maintain accurate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls and server-side authorization to limit access to customer records.

Your choices

You can update supported account details from My Profile. You may contact us to ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. Some transaction records may need to be retained for business or legal reasons.
