Hi, I'm Izabel, founder of onewayHR.

I've always believed that a career is about more than finding a job. It's about understanding your value, recognizing your potential, and having the confidence to pursue opportunities that align with where you want to go.

That belief is what inspired me to create onewayHR.

My professional background is rooted in Human Resources, recruitment, employee relations, talent management, and career development. Throughout my career, I've worked with professionals at different stages, recruited across a wide range of roles, partnered with hiring leaders, reviewed resumes, conducted interviews, and supported people through important career decisions.

I Understand Both Sides of the Table.

I understand the candidate experience searching for opportunities, navigating career changes, preparing for interviews, and trying to communicate your value.

I also understand the perspective of recruiters, HR professionals, and hiring teams who review resumes, evaluate candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions.
